Artículo único. Apruébase el Convenio que, en cumplimiento de la Ley número 15 de 1907, ha celebrado con fecha 30 de Julio de 1908 el sr. Ministro de Relaciones Exteriores de la República con el sr. don Juan de la Cruz Gaviria, cesionario de Carlos H. Simmonds.
