El Comité Técnico Asesor de Prevención Nacional de la Farmacodependencia se reunirá ordinariamente dos veces al mes, según convocatoria que hará su presidente, por lo menos con cuarenta y ocho horas de antelación y en forma extraordinaria cuando lo cite el Consejo Nacional de Estupefacientes.
