Artículo tercero. La División de Crédito Público, con la asesoría de la Oficina de Cambios, estudiará las solicitudes de que trata el artículo anterior y podrá pedir los datos adicionales y comprobaciones que juzgue oportunas. Aceptada la solicitud, procederá a librar los giros a que haya lugar.
