La Corte Plena en lo Civil, que se compondrá de la Sala de Casación en lo Civil y de la Sala de Negocios Generales, conocerá en una sola instancia de todas las controversias de que trata el numeral 8º del artículo 40 del Código Judicial, aunque la Nación haya transferido en todo o en parte sus derechos.
