Deber de establecer la capacidad. La capacidad de los atractivos turísticos que sean bienes inmuebles se establecerá mediante acto administrativo, emitido por la autoridad competente señalada en el artículo anterior, con fundamento en los estudios de capacidad que presente el administrador del atractivo turístico.
