El que sustraiga el cadáver de una persona o sus restos o ejecute sobre ellos acto de irrespeto, incurrirá en multa.

Si el agente persigue finalidad de lucro, la pena se aumentará hasta en una tercera parte, sin sobrepasar las diez (10) unidades multa.
