º Dentro de los noventa (90) días anteriores a las respectivas elecciones, las estaciones de radio y los periódicos que acepten propaganda o publicidad política electoral deberán prestar sus servicios a todos los que lo soliciten y cobrar tarifas iguales para los diferentes partidos, agrupaciones, movimientos o candidatos.
