Recibida indagatoria al acusado, si es hallado, o antes de esta diligencia, tanto el Fiscal como el acusado o su defensor, tienen derecho a solicitar pruebas las que se practican siempre que a juicio del asesor jurídico sean conducentes y puedan producirse inmediatamente.
