Modifíquense los numerales 1 y 3 del artículo 2.33.1.6.1 del Decreto 2555 de 2010, los cuales quedarán así: "1. La realización de operaciones que tengan características o efectos iguales o similares a las cuentas de margen sin el cumplimiento de las disposiciones previstas en el presente Título o por personas que no estén autorizadas expresamente en el presente Título para el desarrollo de las mismas.". "3. La actuación por cuenta ajena, por parte de clientes de las sociedades autorizadas, salvo tratándose de administradores de fondos de inversión colectiva.".
