Secundarán la labor de los médicos del Ejército, dentro de su ministerio, en favor de la higiene y moralidad de su respectiva Unidad. Contribuirán a la buena armonía del Ejército con las autoridades civiles y eclesiásticas y con el público. Asimismo trabajarán por desvanecer las prevenciones que pueda haber contra el servicio militar y favorecerán cuanto pueda contribuir a la buena estima del Ejército en la sociedad.
