Comisionado de la sociedad civil. Exclusivamente para efectos de la selección del Comisionado de que trata el literal b) del numeral 20.1 del artículo 20 de la Ley 1341 de 2009, modificado por el artículo 17 de la Ley 1978 de 2019, se entiende por miembro de la sociedad civil cualquier ciudadano que cumpla con los requisitos mínimos señalados en el citado artículo.
