Art. 2.° Los jefes i oficiales de la guardia colombiana que soliciten su calificación conforme a este decreto, ademas de los documentos que deban presentar segun las disposiciones vijentes, exhibirán sus despachos espedidos por la autoridad respectiva, los cuales deberán estar revestidos de las formalidades requeridas para tales documentos. Así mismo presentarán una certificacion del archivero de la secretaría de guerra i marina, en que conste que se hallen inscritos en la lista militar que se lleva en dicha secretaría.
