Artículo primero. El Artículo 2°. Del Decreto 291 de 1.963, quedará así: "Articulo 2° Los productos farmacéuticos elaborados con las drogas de que trata el Artículo anterior, en sus respectivas formas farmacéuticas, necesitan para su fabricación y venta licencia del Ministerio de salud Pública. En la respectiva solicitud deberá expresarse si el producto va a ser elaborado vendido bajo su nombre técnico o genérico, para los fines de este Decreto.
