Artículo primero. Concédese a la Intendencia Nacional de San Andrés y Providencia un auxilio por calamidad pública, por valor de cincuenta mil pesos ($50.000.00) moneda comente, el cual se destinará para la adquisición de equipos y elementos necesarios para la dotación de las distintas dependencias y oficinas intendenciales afectadas por el referido incendio.
