Tratándose de sustancias controladas, si no fuere posible su enajenación o su exportación, la entidad administradora coordinará con las autoridades judiciales, de Policía Judicial, administrativas, ambientales y sanitarias lo relativo a su disposición o destrucción. Las autoridades ambientales serán las responsables de realizar el control preventivo y concomitante con el fin de preservar el medio ambiente sano, atendiendo al plan de manejo ambiental.
