Modifíquense los numerales 1.2 y 2.3 del artículo 215 del Decreto 390 de 2016, los cuales quedarán así: “1.2. El documento de transporte, conforme a lo establecido por la Unidad Administrativa Especial Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales (DIAN)”. “2.3. La prueba de origen señalada en el respectivo acuerdo comercial, cuando sea requerida para la aplicación de disposiciones especiales o tratamientos preferenciales o la certificación de origen no preferencial cuando se requiera” .
