Para los efectos de que trata el artículo 68 de la Ley 49 de 1990, serán beneficiarios del subsidio familiar de vivienda los hogares de las personas de que trata la citada norma, según el orden de prioridades establecido. El concepto de hogar será el expresado en el artículo 3º del Decreto 706 del 28 de abril de 1995 y en aquellas normas que lo adicionen, modifiquen o sustituyan.
