A partir del 1º de enero de 2008, el cincuenta por ciento (50%) de la remuneración mensual de los empleos de Director Administrativo Grado 20 de la Dirección Ejecutiva de la Administración Judicial y los Jefes de Oficina Grado 20 de las Direcciones Seccionales de la Rama Judicial, tendrán el carácter de Gastos de Representación, únicamente para efectos fiscales.
