°. Modificar el artículo 2° del Decreto 2519 de 2011, el cual quedará así: “Artículo 2°. Funciones de la Asamblea General de Accionistas, Junta Directiva y Presidencia . La Asamblea General de Accionistas, Junta Directiva y Presidencia de Fiduciaria La Previsora S.A., cumplirán las funciones señaladas en la Ley, en los estatutos de la Entidad y en las demás disposiciones legales vigentes.

Parágrafo

El Presidente de Fiduciaria La Previsora S.A., para el desarrollo del objeto social y teniendo en cuenta las necesidades del servicio y la viabilidad presupuestal, podrá crear o suprimir dependencias, agencias o sucursales, previa autorización de la Junta Directiva”.
