En cada Facultad o escuela existirá el Consejo Estudiantil, que llevará la representación y vocería del respectivo estudiantado; estará integrado por un representante de cada uno de los cursos mediante elección por mayoría de votos.

La Asamblea Estudiantil estará constituida por la reunión de los Consejos Estudiantiles de la Universidad.

El Consejo Superior Estudiantil será el representante permanente de la Asamblea Estudiantil y estará integrado por un representante de cada consejo Estudiantil.
