Art. 36. El Magistrado ó Conjuez que disienta de lo acordado ó resuelto por la mayoría de la Corte, podrá salvar su voto expresando las razones de este, y si así lo hiciere, no le tocara parte alguna en la responsabilidad que pueda aparejar lo resuelto por la Corte.

Los votos salvados no aparejan responsabilidad.
