Los procesos sobre la revisión de la sentencia a que se refiere la presente Ley, se podrán adelantar por cualquier ciudadano interesado en ellos pudiendo solicitar que el abogado de pobres lo represente gratuitamente, si demuestra que carece de recursos económicos suficientes o es notorio dicho estado.
