Art. 4. ° Los pensionados que residan fuera de la capital harán la comprobacion de la supervivencia enviando un certificado que les espida el respectivo Administrador da Hacienda nacional, o la primera autoridad política del lugar de su residencia, por falta del empleado de Hacienda espresado, en que conste que pasaron revista ante ellos, de la cual se sentó dilijencia ; dilijencia que, en efecto, estenderán dichos empleados.
