TEXTO CORRESPONDIENTE A

LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo quinto. Con el fin de fomentar la producción de alimentos en las zonas tabacaleras, los propietarios de tierras deberán suministrar a sus aparceros, sin costo alguno para éstos, extensiones de tierras no menores de una cuarta parte de las suministradas para cultivos de tabaco, ni mayores de media hectárea destinadas a cultivos de pan coger.
