º. La Superintendencia Bancaria ejercerá el control sobre el cumplimiento de los porcentajes de colocaciones de las Corporaciones de Ahorro y Vivienda señalados en el artículo 1º de este Decreto. Cuando al término de cada semestre una corporación refleje en su balance defectos en el porcentaje que debe mantener en préstamos con destino a la financiación de la industria, quedará obligada a suplir dicho defecto mediante la inversión en título del FAVI.
