Desde su llegada a la zona aduanera la nave estará bajo la vigilancia y dominio de la aduana para lo relativo al cumplimiento de esta Ley, y mientras la nave no sea recibida de conformidad con el artículo anterior, no se permitirá entrar ni salir de ella a nadie que no esté autorizado por la ley y los reglamentos, ni se embarcará ni desembarcará carga ni equipaje de ninguna clase.
