Una vez cumplidas las anteriores disposiciones, el Cajero Liquidador pagará, a su presentación, las cedulas y certificados a cargo del Montepío, y transcurridos nueve meses después de la publicación de la presente Ley, dicho empleado hará un prorrateo de los saldos que resultaren, entre los acreedores de la institución, que hayan cobrado durante el tiempo que se expresa, operación esta última que deberá estar terminada dos meses después de la anterior.
