El Ministerio de Ambiente y Desarrollo Sostenible o quien haga sus veces, dentro de sus funciones podrá presentar decretos de Control de Emisiones en los cuales los niveles de emisión que se exijan a los vehículos y motos sean más estrictos que los permitidos en la presente ley.
