Ley 67 de 1928 · POR LA CUAL SE DESTINA UNA SUMA PARA UNA CARRETERA, SE FACULTA AL GOBIERNO PARA CONTRATAR SU CONSTRUCCION Y SE DA UNA AUTORIZACION AL MUNICIPIO DE MARULANDA

Destínase la suma de doscientos mil pesos ($ 200,000), hasta su terminación, para la carretera de Ocaña a Aguasclaras y a los puestos de la Provincia, carretera cuya construcción ordena la Ley 106 de 1927 .

Esta suma será incluída precisamente en los Presupuestos Nacionales y de las próximas vigencias; y en caso de que no lo fuere, el Gobierno queda facultado para abrir los créditos extraordinarios que sean necesarios para el cumplimiento de esta Ley.
