Retiro del servicio activo hasta el grado de teniente coronel. 10. Comisiones permanentes en el exterior mayores de noventa (90) días, con excepción de las comisiones diplomáticas. 11. Comisiones en el exterior, a lugares diferentes a su país sede, superiores a noventa (90) días”.
