Monitoreo de las transacciones. El personal clave de la gerencia del establecimiento de crédito deberá establecer mecanismos y procedimientos para monitorear las transacciones del respectivo establecimiento de crédito con sus vinculados, conforme a las atribuciones legales y demás normas que le apliquen. Lo anterior debe quedar soportado técnicamente en un manual a disposición de la Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia.
