°. Función de bajo. Para efectos del artículo anterior se entiende por funciones de bajo, la capacidad o acción propia de administrar el torque que transmite a los ejes, y a su vez a las ruedas, de manera manual mediante palancas, switches o botones selectores y/o de manera automática a través de dispositivos mecánicos o electrónicos sin necesidad de su activación por parte del conductor, y que se desarrolla a través de un convertidor de torque, un sistema de repartición del torque o cualquier otro mecanismo similar o equivalente.
