La fiduciaria contratada para el manejo del Fondo de Contingencias de las Entidades Territoriales, llevará una contabilidad separada para cada Entidad Territorial, que muestre en cualquier momento los montos de recursos girados por concepto de la garantía otorgada por la Nación.
