Modifíquese el inciso segundo del artículo 6.15.3.1.10 del Decreto 2555 de 2010, el cual quedará así: "El vendedor de los valores objeto de la oferta pública para democratización, deberá entregar a cada uno de los potenciales inversionistas, por cualquier medio físico o electrónico, el folleto informativo y el cuadernillo de ventas, de lo cual deberá dejar constancia suscrita el potencial inversionista.".
