Indemnización por disminución o pérdida de la capacidad psicofísica y por muerte. Para los fines determinados en los Artículos 104, 105 y 106 del Decreto 612 e 1977, deberán comprobarse las circunstancias de modo, tiempo y lugar en que se produce la lesión o muerte del alumno de las Escuelas de Formación de oficiales, mediante la investigación administrativa, ordenada oportunamente por el Director de la respectiva Escuela, la cual elaborará y tramitará en la forma establecida en el Artículo 145 del presente decreto.
