Definición de la visa . Es la autorización concedida por el Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores a un extranjero para que ingrese y permanezca en el territorio nacional. Otorgada una visa, el Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores expedirá por una vez, documento electrónico o impreso en etiqueta oficial con indicación de número, clase o tipo de visa y periodo de validez.
