Los Tribunales Superiores de Distrito, de oficio o a virtud de queja de parte interesada, impondrán, previa sustanciación de un juicio sumario y con audiencia del acusado, penas de multa de diez a cien pesos, y suspensión del derecho a ejercer la abogacía hasta por un mes, a los abogados que cometieren faltas leves contra la delicadeza o el decoro profesionales. Estas penas podrán elevarse al doble en caso de reincidencia.
