Este auxilio será pagado por el Tesoro Nacional y se pondrá á la disposición de una Jau¬ta de seis vecinos carecterizados, de la misma ciudad, Junta que será presidida por el señor Cura Párroco y por el Presidente del Consejo Municipal.

Parágrafo

La suma de cuatro mil pesos oro se se distribuirá equitativamente entre el Municipio, la Iglesia y los vecinos perjudicados; y para todos los efectos legales se incorporará la partida correspondiente en el Presupuesto de Gastos de la vigencia en curso.
