VIGENCIA Y DEROGATORIA. El presente decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación, deroga el Decreto número 1014 de 2019, modifica en lo pertinente el Decreto número 180 de 2019 modificado por los Decretos números 852 y 1785 de 2019 y surte efectos fiscales a partir del 1° de enero de 2020.
