º. Las mismas autoridades de que trata el artículo anterior, están facultadas para destruir los insumos químicos y demás sustancias que se hayan utilizado en el procesamiento de estupefacientes, en los casos autorizados por la Ley 30 de 1986 y cuando la operación se realice dentro de las circunstancias que señala el artículo 2º de este Decreto.
