Antes de producirse la sentencia por demandas instauradas contra las disposiciones originarias del Ministerio de Guerra, corresponderá al Fiscal del Consejo de Estado pedirle a éste todas las pruebas o informaciones que hayan motivado la providencia causante de tal demanda.
