A la muerte de un Oficial de las Fuerzas Militares en goce de pensión, sus parientes, en el orden y proporción establecidos en él artículo 125 de este Estatuto, tendrán derecho a continuar recibiendo del Tesoro Público las dos terceras partes de la pensión que se pagaba al causante de fallecer.
