Los testigos que se presenten ante el Consejo de Guerra Verbal deben ser examinados por el fiscal en presencia del Consejo. Cuando haya varios testigos se examinarán uno a uno separadamente, impidiendo que los otros oigan las declaraciones, a menos que el Presidente estime conveniente verificar careos. Terminado el examen de los testigos por el fiscal, el defensor procederá a interrogarlos sobre los puntos que estime conveniente.
