Art. 1.° Concédese del Tesoro nacional una pension alimenticia de quince pesos ($ 15) mensuales a cada uno de los seis hijos lejítimos del Coronel Raimundo Rodríguez, Rodolfo Roberto, Raimundo, Natalia, Ofelia, Julia i Bárbara. De esta pension gozarán los varones hasta que lleguen a la mayor edad, i las mujeres mientras permanezcan solteras, pagándoseles como las de los militares de la Independencia.
