El que sin ser autor, editor, causahabiente o representante de alguno de ellos, se atribuye falsamente cualquiera de esas calidades, y obtenga que la autoridad suspenda la representación de ejecución pública de su obra, será sancionado con arresto de dos a seis meses y multa de dos mil a veinte mil pesos.
