Art. 18. Las pensiones concedidas a los inválidos durarán por el tiempo de la invalidez. Esta se comprobará anualmente con el reconocimiento de facultativos o peritos de notorio abono, nombrados por la autoridad política del lugar de la residencia del inválido, i que declaren previa la citacion del respectivo Ajente del Ministerio público. Cuando de las dilijencias practicadas para conceder la pensión, aparezca plenamente probado que la invalidez es de por vida, no es necesario reconocimiento anual.
