Por ningún motivo se aceptarán nóminas en que aparezcan nombres de individuos que no hayan sido nombrados por el Poder Ejecutivo ó por quienes tengan facultad legal para verificar nombramientos de empleados nacionales dependientes de este Ministerio, y que no hayan tomado legalmente posesión. El Ministro ó el Subsecretario visitarán mensualmente las Secciones del Despacho, con el fin de imponerse de la manera como se dé cumplimiento á la presente Resolución. Publíquese.
