Inspección y Vigencia. El Ministerio de Educación Nacional y las secretarías de educación departamentales, distritales y municipales, proporcionarán criterios y orientaciones para el cabal cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en la presente Sección y ejercerán la debida inspección y vigilancia, según sus competencias.
