º Suprímese el Corregimiento de Sucre, y créase en su lugar el de San Francisco, que tendrá por cabecera la población del mismo nombre, y por territorio la región comprendida entre las quebradas de Uxapamba y Chungacaspi, del Distrito de Mocoa, y la Provincia de la Cruz, con las partidas que para personal y material se han asignado en el Presupuesto de la Comisaria para el Corregimiento de Sucre.
