ARTICULO 497 . Decisión del Senado . Adoptada la decisión del Senado por la mayoría de votos que establece el artículo 175 numeral 4 de la Constitución Nacional, se continuará la sesión pública para dar a conocer la decisión y se pasará la actuación a la comisión que lo instruyó para que redacte el proyecto de sentencia de conformidad con las respuestas dadas a los cuestionarios, en un término improrrogable de quince días.
